The On a Trip hat is created by deconstructing a dead stock classic baseball cap and reworking it into a full brim hat using discarded industrial webbing.

The crown is made from soft, 100% cotton drill with cotton herringbone inner facing. The brim is made from anti-chafe, tubular, polyester webbing originally used to cover industrial chain or rope. These materials were destined to become waste, either because they had small faults or were just excess, unwanted stock.

The back velcro adjustment allows for a variation of different fits.
